14-day, no-questions-asked refunds
If you purchase Rialzo Pro and change your mind, email support@rialzo.app within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions, no forms. Include the email you purchased with; we'll process the refund to your original payment method and deactivate the refunded license code.
After 14 days
Refunds after 14 days are considered case-by-case for exceptional circumstances (e.g. duplicate purchases, technical issues we cannot resolve).
