License grant

Rialzo Pro is licensed, not sold. A Pro license code grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Rialzo Pro:

No expiry — the license never expires.
No machine binding — install on as many of your own machines as you like.
Online activation — activation requires an internet connection: the app verifies your license code with our license server.
Status checks — when your device is online, the app periodically verifies your license status with rialzo.app. If a license is refunded (see the Refund Policy), the app deactivates that license code on your devices. No personal data beyond the license email and a hashed license code is ever sent.

The Free tier may be used indefinitely, for personal or commercial purposes.

No warranty

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Rialzo is a tracking and analysis tool; it is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Calculations (including XIRR, DCF, and FX conversions) are provided for informational purposes — verify figures that matter to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rialzo and its authors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including investment losses or data loss. Your data lives on your device; maintaining backups (via export or WebDAV sync) is your responsibility.

Acceptable use

Do not redistribute, resell, or share license codes; do not reverse-engineer the licensing mechanism; do not misrepresent the software's origin.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
